The purposes of the Willard Alumnae Association are threefold:
First, it shall provide the persons and events needed to nurture and sustain its collegiate chapter at Nebraska Wesleyan University. The emphasis shall be on the sisterhood, traditions, leadership opportunities, and personal inner growth that constitute the unique experience known as Willard Sorority.
Second, it shall raise and administer the funds necessary to support the needs of the collegians.

Third, it shall nurture and sustain the sisterhood of Willard alumnae through meetings throughout the year, an annual gathering of alumnae, and those communications needed to keep the sisterhood informed. These communications include but are not limited to the News & Dues letter, The Willard Warbler and the Yearbook.
